We are looking for adults living with type 2 diabetes to participate in our research study testing an investigational study medication, HP-211, for the potential treatment of type 2 diabetes.

You may qualify if you:

• Are currently living with type 2 diabetes
• Have a BMI between 23 to 39.9
• Are 18 years or older
• Treating your diabetes with metformin OR diet and exercise ONLY
